Welcome to our 2026 key charities
11th May 2026
Share Community, London Youth and Hospitality Action are chosen by staff as this year’s recipients of AG’s largest annual charitable donations
Share Community, London Youth and Hospitality Action have been named Ambassadeurs Group’s (AG) key charities for 2026, following a staff panel selection process. These partnerships build on the philanthropic strategy introduced last year, with a sharper focus on driving meaningful, long-term impact.
Supporting these three organisations aligns with AG’s good cause focus on responsible operations and support for people within the hospitality industry, as well as addressing some of London’s most pressing social challenges, including the cost of living crisis, unemployment, social exclusion and access to opportunity. Each charity brings a distinct area of expertise, but together they create a more cohesive approach to supporting people at different stages of need.
Their combined work spans early intervention through to ongoing support: helping young people build skills and access employment, enabling adults with a learning disability to live more independently, and supporting those working in the demanding hospitality sector. This reflects a broader understanding that economic participation and wellbeing are closely linked.
- Share Community delivers programmes for adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, helping them develop confidence, practical skills and greater independence.
- London Youth has supported young Londoners since 1887, strengthening youth organisations and delivering powerful programmes for young people that build employability, raise aspirations and expand access to opportunities.
- Hospitality Action provides critical support to hospitality workers facing challenges such as financial hardship, mental health issues and illness, helping them remain in or return to work.
‘We’re proud to support three outstanding charities tackling real social challenges while creating opportunities for those who need them most,’ says Krishna Hathi, Charity Initiatives Advisor at AG. ‘From young people looking to enter the workforce to individuals building independence and those navigating the pressures of hospitality careers, these organisations make a tangible difference every day.’
‘These partnerships also reflect our commitment to giving back close to our London home and supporting causes that resonate with our people.’
An unrestricted donation will allow each charity to use funds in the way that they have determined it is needed most. Over the next 12 months, AG will work closely with each charity to support their impact and help strengthen communities across London.
- Share Community will receive £40,000 – making AG its largest corporate donor – to expand the Go Anywhere Do Anything programme, enabling disabled people to build independence and engage more fully with the city of London and the world around them.
- London Youth will receive £20,000 to support vital programmes such as Future Talent and Young Creators, helping young people develop skills, confidence and pathways into employment.
- Hospitality Action will receive £40,000 to enhance its grant-giving programme, supporting workers facing issues such as housing insecurity, financial hardship and mental health challenges.
At a time when many in the UK face overlapping challenges, including limited access to opportunity, rising living costs and pressures on mental wellbeing, AG’s approach reflects the need for joined-up support. By backing organisations that address these interconnected issues, AG is helping to strengthen communities and create more inclusive, sustainable pathways for people to move forward.
We will be introducing each charity properly over the coming months.
